Good morning United Niagara, I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas & is enjoying the holiday season First of all I want to say from the bottom of my heart thank you to all of our students, parents & families for all of the unbelievable support during this time... To all of the crew that's been with me through this entire thing ,& to those new families that have recently joined us at the Parish Hall! The last few months we have really got going & rocking That's what makes it so hard to know that we've recently been moved back into lockdown With that being said I am planning on making the absolute best out of this like we have been since the beginning. We will be starting our sessions again on January 4th. However for the time being these sessions will be moving to Zoom Please take time to set up a training area for you to participate I know this is not ideal, but my number 1 goal is to be here for all of you as best I can We have built an amazing community here & I'm hurting for everyone That is why we must continue to push forward, accomplish our goals & start 2021 off hot This will keep the social activity that is so needed for many, as well as to keep improving physically which is super important for both our bodies & our minds Let's help each other & show that we are a UNITED STRONG FAMILY See more
