Hello, friends! It is the Thanksgiving long weekend and we have some modified hours for you... Saturday, October 10th: 9-2 This is the day we will leave early to do any last minute prepping and shopping. We SO have this under control!... Sunday, October 11th: closed This is the day we will head to the grocery store to pick up all the last minute items we forgot. Our list will be a page and half long, but we won't panic. We SO have this under control! Monday, October 12th: closed This is the day we will end up exhausted from spending 20 hours cooking, surrounded by more dirty dishes than we actually own. Welcome to September! There are so many changes on the horizon. We are all looking ahead with some trepidation wondering what the next few months will bring, but sometimes we find pops of joy in unexpected places. Like seeing a hot air balloon brings a smile to our faces, we hope you can find something on your horizon to make you smile. Hello, friends! Well, it is the Labour Day long weekend. Summer is coming to a close, fall is just around the corner, and, soon, everything - and I mean EV-ER-EE-THING - will be all pumpkin spicy. When it's a long weekend, you just know that we're going to have some modified hours for you. They are as follows: Saturday, September 5th: 9-2... The new normal doesn't feel so normal, does it? We're going about our daily activities in a less carefree and spontaneous way. We have to take so many extra precautions to keep ourselves, our loved ones, and our communities safe. We know it can be frustrating. We know it can be annoying. We know it can be exhausting. We also know that these precautions are very important and we take our responsibility to protect our customers very seriously. You see, everything about our busi...ness is in your face. Whether you're coming in to try on frames or you're coming in to have your eyeglasses adjusted, we are in your face. Because of this, we do everything we can to keep you as safe as possible. A big part of keeping you safe is controlling the numbers of people in the office at any one time and keeping a record of everyone who comes in to see us. So, part of OUR new normal requires all visits be done by appointment and all visitors leave their name and phone number with us for contact tracing. So, yes, you may find this annoying, frustrating, and exhausting and we get it. All of this IS annoying, frustrating, and exhausting. But, it is necessary. Necessary to keep you safe and to keep you healthy. Right now - in this new normal - that is our number one priority. #LifeThroughOurLenses
