Unrestricted Fitness 12.11.2020

Well it's that time again. Third weekend in a row for SNL and I look forward to what I have for you tonight. I encourage whoever wants to get a good overall body blast to try this one out. Post your results under this picture after your done. Your % based weight should be current to what you are capable of TODAY because we sometimes look at what we did a few weeks ago or what we THINK we can do. Realistically, each day is different and your capabilities change slightly. I encourage those who are unfamiliar with their 1 Rep Max to test it during the warm-up and then scale your % based on that. The reason is, if you go off what you think it is, you may end up not being able to complete the prescribed reps if you over-shoot. I'll post another picture on how to get your 1RM. Have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
