FASCIAL ARTICULATIONS The concept of a joint in the body is commonly understood as a junction of two bones such as the elbow. However, another definition of a... joint is the linear or angular displacement between two separate biological elements. In essence, a joint can be comprised of any biological tissues that needs to move, pivot or slide/glide around one another. This concept is applied to many soft tissue and fascial links in the body. A junction of two fascial planes in the body typically requires a sliding interface where each layer moves opposite of the other. This is referred to as a fascial articulation and they are numerous in the human body. This can be between specific fascial layers such as the thoracic diaphragm and the endothoracic fascia or simply between a muscle and it’s superficial fascial layer. An example of motion is ankle plantarflexion, which require bony translation of the talus-tibia but also sliding of the extensor tendons under the retinaculum, effectively creating a fascial articulation. These joints need to be evaluated and treated for mobility and function just like bony joints as the two types of joints work in unison to create global body movements. In the diagram, the red arrows represent high value fascial articulations or links. Each joint is a connection of separate tissues that requires hydration, elasticity and space to function optimally. Very often, due to trauma, inflammation or inappropriate loading, these tissues become adhered to one another and lose their capacity to slide. This is a fascial joint dysfunction and needs to be identified and treated. Once fascial dynamics are restored, it is interesting to observe that bony joint restrictions will often improve or resolve. What a beautiful message!!! Forget the conspiracy theories, this is a juice of life!!! I agree with Malcolm, this is the most making sense incredibly enlightening information. A lot of doctors are talking about it, but not that extensively. Unless we change our approach to our own guts, our environment and the way we grow our food, we are going extinct by the minute. We can heal. Please listen!

Virus is using ACE receptors to attach itself to cell membranes. These receptors are lining the walls of blood vessels; they are also lining the nasal mucosa and the whole digestive tract. So all internal organs are being affected. They are also on the wall of T-cells (killer cells). As I can see it, our best prevention defence is to use what nature gave us - our own Immune System. Make it as strong as possible, as some people are able to fight the virus before we have cytoki...ne storm in the body (overactive immune response). And when our immune system is not handling killing the virus, then our healthcare will step in and help those people. Fresh air, breathing exercises, stay active, isolate and wash hands, good emotional health, good food, no sugar. And this virus is also mutating - it is a nature of any virus. So we cannot count on the vaccine too much (who knows when it will be available anyway). So people, please keep your immune system strong!!!
