Stewart has 15 years of experience developing large-scale and comprehensive commercial, mixed-use, and hotel projects. His background in finance and urban planning offers a unique perspective that ensures the financial viability of his projects while implementing the latest in urban design and place-making. Stewart has managed the development of over a million square feet of commercial and mixed-use assets, as well as, a $100M hotel real estate portfolio. He was directly inv...olved in all aspects of development for these projects including construction, leasing, urban planning, engineering, and financing. Stewart holds a Bachelor’s of Commerce (with distinction) from the University of Alberta and a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from Queen’s University. He is a standing member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and UDI (Urban Development Institute). In addition, he sits on the advocacy committee for NAIOP Edmonton (Commercial Real Estate Development Association).

Carly Zapernick is a development manager with Quadreal Property Group. Along with this, she is also an Education Committee Member with NAIOP and a Program Committee Member with Urban Land Institute. Carly received her Bachelor of Commerce with distinction in 2011 from the University of Alberta as well as studied Real Estate Development and Investment at Harvard from 2012-2014.

Tom Shearer works as a Real Estate agent and broker with Royal LePage where he has worked for over 20 years. Tom was honoured with the Royal LePage Award of Excellence for his outstanding work in the real estate industry. Tom’s skills go far beyond real estate, before he was sailing through real estate, he raced for the Canadian Sailing Team in the Tornado Catamaran Class. Tom completed a Management Studies Diploma from Macewan University which paved the way for his entry into a successful real estate career.

Bronwyn is an Associate on the Industrial Team at Omada Commercial. She has represented international, national and local Tenants and Landlords as an exclusive agent, culminating in millions of dollars of value for her clients. Bronwyn sits on the NAIOP Edmonton Board of Directors and is the Chair of the NAIOP Edmonton Developing Leaders Committee. In June 2018, she was honoured to be chosen as one of 10 leaders from across North America for the NAIOP and Prologis Diversity in Commercial Real Estate Award.

I’ve also travelled around Ukraine performing at all sorts of festival, I plan to study abroad this summer in Ukraine. By Veronika Folusiewicz - I love cooking Indian dishes, love going to music festivals and listening to electronic music, playing keyboard, and played Quad Roller Hockey at the national level in New Delhi for 4 years. By Kirat Gulati - I am a huge NFL/NCAA fanatic - nothing is more exciting than Sunday night football. In my spare time you can find me going for runs or playing tennis. By Asia Parmar
