Candidates should have prior experience or should show interest in working with children or youth. Those who have a background in working with youth, have received prior training in pedagogy, or have completed an Education degree program are prioritized for these positions. However, those with Fine Arts training should also apply. Contracts only last for the duration of the camp period and are paid based on a hourly basis of $25/hr (for training) and $50/hr (for teaching). Camps run 4 or 5 days with 1-2 hours of video conference time with students. Half days have calls from either 9:30-10:30am or 1:30-2:30pm and full days have both 9:30am and 1:30pm calls for 1 hour each with a break in between for students to work on assignments or projects.
