Cheryl chose this recipe because Italy is known for their pasta and pizza, but the lesser known focaccia deserves greater attention. It is simple and easily customizable, with the addition of herbs and vegetables blanketing the bread’s dimpled top. I had some of the best focaccia in Florence and strive to replicate that aroma from home, where I will be for the foreseeable future. Thank you to everyone who submitted their photos!
