This custom ranch is well ahead of schedule, thanks to our mild winter. Stucco, quartz counters, and shower glass to be completed next week.

Another custom build that is well on its way in London. Full weather proofed building envelope with all services turned on and mechanicals well under way on the inside. Insulation and drywall is not that far away.

Another productive week while plugging through the mud. Hydro, gas and water are all brought into the house now and out to the pool tiki. Septic tank and bed is installed now. Garage concrete is poured. Roof trusses and sheeting is now completed and windows and doors installed. Roof underlay with shingles and Rough in of Mechanicals starting this upcoming week.

Plugging away in this sub - zero snowy weather with blanketed concrete flatwork and framing still on track. Big shout out and thanks to all my team for their extra efforts despite the crazy weather. Hoping to get this roof completed by Friday. Can’t say I’ve ever had East Elgin’s biggest concrete pump Inside and actually fit in a garage bay before either!

I am very excited to finally get this huge walkout custom designed bungalow, well on its way for some Extra special clients! Hoping the weather co-operates this week and all exterior concrete including the pool deck will be installed. Trusses should be going up by weeks end as well. Weather permitting

Another happy customer after removing older single car garage to build a new massive 3 car garage with services. All ready for winter now.

An unfortunate fire loss project where I was asked to remove asbestos containing materials prior to demolition. This older dwelling was deemed unrepairable by engineers and a hazard. No job too big or too small!
