What a fantastic and easy recipe! We are often asked how to prepare our wild turkeys and brining is a great way to ensure a lovely meal without the bird drying out. Happy Civic Long Weekend! We have a limited quantity of FRESH WHOLE chickens available now! Birds range from 3.5 to 5.5lb @ $3.50/lb.... Contact us to arrange delivery!

CHICKENS!!! We decide to branch a bit out of our usual zone and offer FRESH CHICKENS to our customers this summer! The whole chickens will be available August 1st at $3.50/lb. Our Rustic Ranger chickens have been raised outdoors and fed a grain diet. They will range in weight between 5 to 7lbs, processed at a provincially inspected facility, and vaccum sealed. We will be offering free Lambton county delivery for qualifying orders(over $50). Lamb from Jack Pine Meadows will... also be available for delivery at this time. Limited quantities available!
