#braugust2020 Day 7: Workhorse pattern (s) . I have 3. Josey pattern from @labellacoppia is the one I make over and over for myself. I nailed the fit in one go! The Ingrid pattern from @bramakerssupply is a favourite of my clients as is the Ruby pattern from @bramakerssupply . I have a lot of Rubys in my own lingerie drawer. All my catbras are Ruby. #braugust2020 Day 6 : Maker to follow. I have the same problem as others: how do I pick one? I can’t, so here are the Makers I love to follow @emeralderinsews . Day 4: must have sewing tools. Used most are the seam rippers I love my edge joining foot to keep my stitches straight. I would love to say that my appliqué scissors prevent any unwanted snips, but I have to account for operator error! #braugust2020 @tailormadeshop @vanjonssondesign

#braugust2020 Day 2 Goals: Right now, I am working on goals for my business. It took a hit in the last 4 months. I would rather be sewing. I have 2 personal goals or #braugust2020 . I wanted make an Angie from @bwear.se , and I want to tackle my Bare Essentials drafting book. I have said that for 1.5 years already! Day 3: Inspiration- beautiful lace always gets me! I get even more inspired by students in my bramaking classes- I think I know every piece of lace, and someone will use it in a unique colour way that looks fabulous. @tailormadeshop @edgewaterave @studiocosturashop

I was sew excited to be a part of the Great Ba Sewing Bee - just a week ago! I did fittings with women all over the world! It was so much fun to meet women in Australia, England, Germany, Holland , and the USA I love to sew and I love that b...ras are a sewing project that you can start and finish in one day. I have been making bras for 15 years and I am still as enthusiastic about it as I was when I started. I love being part of such a supportive ( pun intended) community. I am looking forward to teaching some bramaking classes soon. My other hobby is scuba diving ( and kayaking) I love cats and have 3 of them running the household!
