SAUNA & STEAM rooms are RESTRICTED FROM OPENING in Ontario and have been since March. . This has created a lot of uncertainty for us over the past 6 months. We have presented our Sauna & Steam Circuit Opening Plan to the Province and have asked them to work closely with us. But, with the case numbers climbing in Ottawa, it... will still be some time before we can open this part of our spa. When we get the green light from The Province, our Sauna & Steam Circuit will open safely! . The pandemic has caused a number of delays for our opening each step of the way. From contractors not being able to find staff, materials not being available, installation schedules being pushed back, to our Health Inspection being delayed. .
