New schedule for the virtual classes this week!

We are excited to announce that beginning Wednesday, April 15th we will be running three daily scheduled virtual CrossFit classes & Personal Training Sessions ...on Zoom! This is an excellent way to stay in shape, keep connected to the community & support our coaches! Schedule: Monday - Friday: 10 am, 12 pm, 6 pm Saturday & Sunday: 10 am In addition, each week we will offer a few unique classes, that differ from the workout we post (& will continue to post for everyone to do!). Announcing the CrossFit Support Your Local Box Challenge The CrossFit Games has announced a 3 week stay home competition to support local CrossFit Affiliates during this difficult time! Over the 3 weeks, CrossFit will release classic and accessible workouts that can be performed by participants of any level at home. Everyone who participates can submit their score and will be displayed on the community leaderboard ... Visit games.crossfit.com/open to register Payment is not required for participation, however, if you wish to support the gym you have the option to make a contribution upon registration. Simply select UPT CrossFit as your affiliate and proceeds will go to the gym when competition closes The workout of the week will be programmed as our UPT home workout every Saturday for the duration of the competition!
