We use Bell Canada for our phone services but we are having unresolved issues. If you call & get a message saying this number is unavailable rather than a busy tone, please call back as for whatever reason, this is a Bell message that we are trying to resolve. If all else fails, please email [email protected] Thank you.
Wasps chewed wood on old shed. See nest inside.
Typically most of our good customers pay for their jobs on time. Unfortunately, when an outstanding invoice lingers from May to Sept. after leaving several messages regarding the unpaid invoice with no return call, we know the customer is either unhappy or just doesn’t feel they have an obligation to pay. This morning a customer with an unpaid invoice finally called after receiving a past due in the mail. She complained that the job was terrible, a long lingering odour plus... her windows got some residue spray on them but it took her several months to even respond!! Bob, who owns the company along with another fellow did the job. Bob does a very thorough jobs& yes sometimes it may rain shortly after & we try our best to accommodate every customer. There are always unpredicted rains, some spray drift plus the chemicals are low odour. We do not make the chemicals, we buy & apply it to the best of our ability. We have very seldom heard about a lingering odour. We only use MOE approved chemicals as that is all that is available & legal for residential use. If there is a problem with work we do, we take care of it ASAP not 4 months later. It is always disappointing to have this happen & to think people feel they should not pay but neglect to call in an appropriate time. Please call us if you have an issue. See more

Ant larvae in the garden
Wasps are coming on strong. Beautiful pollinating insects that most do not like having in garden. Black mud dauber are prevalent right now. Yellow jackets, I always call the nasty ones coming on as well.
Happy CANADA DAY 2020. We are closed today, re-opening tomorrow. Enjoy this beautiful family time.
Gypsy Moth caterpillars are in abundance this year. We do not have the proper licensing, or equipment to spray trees. If you need assistance treating Gypsy Moth caterpillars on your property, contact an arborist in your area.Gypsy Moth caterpillars are in abundance this year. Lots of ants this year. Also, a lot of paper wasp calls Coming in. It has certainly been a challenging spring with the weather. With the change in temperature, everything is happening at once. Let’s hope for a warm summer even if we do vacation at home.
A wet carpenter bee. Bob says likely a male as they die after mating. They chew the wood siding on our garage.
Native paper wasp today, enjoying a dandelion.
A creepy crawly out today.
A very large carpenter ant. Likely the queen & her workers. In the beams of our deck rotted from excessive water coming from our neighbours property onto our patio over past number of years. We finally got it stopped.
This little Deer Mouse was lucky as our cat Rook spotted it. Rook is leashed so he couldn’t reach it. It ran around me as I was planting not afraid as any baby would be.
Sure has been a difficult start with the weather. Keep well & we will get to everyone as weather allows.
