Before the end of the year, let's look back at some of our great shows featuring the some of the best local artists in Toronto. In May of 2015 we hosted our CONTACT Photography exhibition with 4 talented photographic artists....

Two years ago, we hosted a unique group show called "The Art of Food" - come take a virtual tour of the featured artists and their works....betcha you'll feel hungry afterwards!

Last September (2019) we hosted the solo show for VAYA, an exciting artist with a unique point of view. We'll post the blog next month to mark the 1yr anniversary of her show but here's a just little teaser of her work.

Forgive us while we brag a little.... Our curator, Allen Shugar, presented a stunning solo show back in 2017 and we thought it would be great to share that with those of you who missed it. Subsequent to showcasing his spectacular 9 piece installation (see photo), Allen was given a commission to paint a similar piece for a leading retirement home developer's newest property in Toronto. Enjoy his Sept. 2017 show....

#FBF so it's time for "flashback Friday" and here we feature Lori Ryerson's stunning solo photographic show from April 2019.

Whether creating their masterpieces in spacious studios or the spare bedroom, artists bring such beauty to our homes. Thank you for supporting local artists & galleries throughout this Covid pandemic.

#TBT our Throwback Thursday post this week features pics from the last group show we hosted back in March - the annual Centennial College Studio Arts program - 1st yr students. We hope the students have kept working on their art projects throughout the Covid lock-down...there are lots of talented young artists who need encouragement and support.

Back in Sept. 2015, we hosted Nancy-Jane Price's solo show "Don't be Afraid of Colour", featuring energetic and yes, very colourful, abstracts. Join us again as we view her artwork.

Have you been helping your little artists create masterpieces over the Covid isolation period? We'd love to see what pictures they've painted...send us photos so we can create an online gallery for your young Picasso, Kandinsky or Banksy.

3 years ago, we launched our "O Canada" group show, celebrating Canada's 150th birthday. We'd like to share that with you again - meet the talented artists who participated.

Last October, we hosted the 2nd solo show by Osvaldo "Ozzie" Napoli - his 1st show the year previous was so successful, he immediately booked this one in 2019. Let's take another look at this artist's unique work....

#TBT: 5 years ago, we hosted Centennial College's Studio Arts program 1st yr students' work. Wonder where these young artists are today?! Let us know if you own any of their work or know them...we'd love to catch up.

Sending out greetings to artist Doris Wai who celebrated her birthday this past weekend. Doris brought her very unique solo show to the gallery in February - our last major exhibition before Covid-19 forced us to close our doors to the public.

Back in August 2017, we hosted Hanna Kostanski's solo show "20th Century Toronto: Intersections & Interactions". If you're into history, architecture and vintage images, you'll love her work. Enjoy re-visiting the show....

We're busy cleaning the gallery, making it safe and secure for visitors as we hope to re-open shortly. Fingers crossed that we can soon get back to business supporting Toronto's talented arts community.
