Tara here: I had some muscle tension in my back last week from working out at home and didn't have much time for a massage. Though I wouldn't change my hour of relaxation massage with Julianna, FST with Brenda, cupping with Kaitlyn and stretching with Gerry, I needed something fast so I could continue with my fitness goals on Friday morning and stick to my schedule.
