Modern duplex completed about year or so ago. I made it complicated to build but all things considered the end product looks on par.

Recently completed modern mono pitched roof duplexes in the developing area of Rosscarrock, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom. 2300 ft. sq. We tried to use a number of devices in a limited space to keep the visual interest of the building alive including a wide processional entry, mixtures of light and dark coloured materials and facade articulation to give each property a sense of uniqueness.

This project was a substantial main and exterior renovation of a 1950's 2 storey house. We relocated the kitchen, which was previously isolated from the rest of the home, so that it became the focal point for a very bright and open great room. We incorporated as much built in millwork as possible to create storage and to help define different spaces in the larger open plan room.
