As an urban pharmer I love all natural fibre for gardening in! Wool, alpaca, cotton, leather, hemp, flax, bamboo all vibrate at the same frequency as Mother Earth, which is 7.83 hz, and more important these all natural fibres do not insulate you from grounding as you work in your garden. I often wear a brown all cotton utility kilt that has pockets for carrying all sorts of gardening gear like twine to tie up tomatoes etc...this garment is very cool in the summer heat, provid...es a larger range of motion than pants and most important allows me to have bare feet or to kneel down with my lowers legs in full contacrt with the planet. This time grounding is so good for you and helps to reset your own vibration helping to relax and clear your stressed mind. I encourage eveyone that likes to sit beside the ocean and let the stress melt away to try grounding as you garden. It is just one more way to hava Gaia reset your wellness & reestablish your good health and your young planets will respond in like fasion. I have some very healthy squash plants this year so hoping for some acorn sqash this this fall. Very exciting! I see this morning that I have polinators inside the blossums so hopefully that means fruit will set on!! I will take some photos soon and post them here.

So come to find out Japanese Knotweed, which grows on this property, is a very rich source of resveratrol! I will harvest some knotweed root and make both tea and tincture this fall. Adding this in to our diet this winter may help keep us healthier. When my sea buckthorn bushes mature I will combine the juice & oil from the berries with the resveratrol extract hopefully making a winter tonic that helps support my wife's overall health. I would dearly love to find a way to st...op the steady march of MS and at least help with some of the symptoms. Lions mane mushroom is another powerful ingredient that shows promise in helping to repair neurological damage for MS suffers. It has come to my attention that for every illness that mankind suffers from Mother Nature already has the cure!!
