Well it’s been a week since we closed our doors due to another covid shutdown and we wanted to check in to see how you all are doing. Once again we will be offering curbside pickup should any of you find yourselves getting low in your favourite haircare items. To place your order simply drop us a line via our Facebook page and we will contact you with your total and pickup information. We will be at the salon for curbside pickup orders this Thursday, February 18th from 1-3... pm but are happy to work around your schedules as well. On Monday, Dr. Fitzgerald asked us to remember those in our community who are in need and if we are able to support food banks to do so. With that in mind, with each curbside order we receive we will be making a donation to our local food bank. Due to the most recent announcement regarding Covid-19 and in accordance with public health guidelines the salon will be closed until further notice. While we may not be able to see you in person we are still here for you should you need any haircare supplies while we are closed. We will be offering contactless curbside pick up for the duration of our closure. With the rapidly changing covid situation happening all around us we just want to reassure you we will continue to do everything we can to assure your salon visit is as safe and enjoyable as possible. We have been following strict protocols since we reopened in June and will continue to do so for the protection of our team and valued guests. As a reminder here’s what to keep in mind when you visit us, -our doors are locked so please call from your vehicle when you arrive t...o let us know you are here. If your stylist is not ready to begin your service we ask that you wait in your vehicle. We do not have a waiting area at this time. -masks are mandatory for everyone at all times while inside the salon -temperature checks at the door -you will be asked a series of covid related questions upon entry -hand sanitization station must be used by stylist and guest -we disinfect any surface you come in contact with during your visit so please be assured your service is being performed in a safe environment. - during your visit we ask that you respect all social distancing protocols and remain at the stylist station. Please do not roam about the salon and be aware of everyone’s personal bubble. We know these are trying times and everyone is feeling a lot of stress and fear but we are committed to giving you a safe and as normal a visit as possible while you are with us. SALON POLICY UPDATE After much discussion by our team after a couple unexpected occurrences this past little while at the salon we have decided to refine some of our covid 19 operating policies. Effective immediately if anyone wishing to make an appointment or currently have a prebooked appointment has (or have people in your household and/or bubble that have) travelled outside the province including the Atlantic Bubble within the past fourteen day time period we ask that... you reschedule your appointment until you have been back in the province for two weeks. We feel that this is the right decision for us to implement, not only as a business but as a team, to ensure that all salon guests as well as salon staff feel comfortable and safe while at the salon despite whether we have active cases or not in our province.
