Good way to use probes and save setup time! Part: S54 engine Vanos Pump disc Job: Drilling 2 holes at 90 deg from the existing one.... Strategy: We probe the first WCS and we update. Next we probe the a second hole (feature) to start calculations for orientation. Using macros, user parameters we can then determine the exact angle and orient our program accordingly with a simple g code and user parameter. Setup time and no place for error! Enjoy!
