This year USTAWRFC will be taking part in the Move for Movember Challenge, where we will each be completing 60km within the month, to represent the 60 men we lose to suicide every hour. We would greatly appreciate any donations possible. The money raised by Movember goes towards funding health projects for mental wellbeing, suicide prevention, prostrate and testicular cancer. Today is World Mental Health Day and we wanted to provide some university resources if you need to reach out. We also have four Wellbeing Officers in our club if you need advice on who to get in touch with: Kaitie Golub, Lucie Duffy, Maddie Wanklyn and Emily Jones. Student Services offer advice and support for a range of issues. Nightline are available for anonymous, non-judgemental and confidential listening services.
