This website lists 5 excellent youtube channels with yoga videos meant for kids (and their parents). Yoga is a fantastic way to boost focus and reduce stress for all ages! Happy June everyone! Today we are highlighting PBSkids.org and PBS kids Facebook page. On Facebook they have Kristen Bell doing a live read-along at 12pm EST today! They regularly host story times, post activities, and share supports for children and parents.
