If you haven't been keeping up with Filcasa Connect's platforms, here's an update for you. Our very own Communications Team has been recognized for their "Excellence in Media & Marketing" for this year's #FILCASAAwards. Let's show some love for Charlotte Jane, Tay Miranda, and Vincent Duong UWFSA's online presence and impact in the community would definitely not be as strong without them!... It was definitely a tight squeeze in this category because ALL teams were extremely creative with their media campaigns this year. Nevertheless, Charlotte, Tay and Vince were honoured to be nominated up there with superstars such as Filipino McMaster Student Association, Filipino Students Association of uOttawa, Filipino Canadian Association of Ryerson (FCAR), Filipino Students' Association of Toronto, Carleton University Filipino Students' Association, and WOOF - Western Ontario Organization of Filipinos. A special shout out goes to other members of our #UWFSAfam who were nominated as well: Stephanie Lo, Kobe Maranan and Jezeth Esmas, you are all still rockstars in our eyes. We appreciate your dedication and support! Congratulations to all the nominees and award recipients!
