Hello All! If you've been wondering when the spring Taekwondo session registration opens, it is now OPEN! Please sign up as soon as possible to help show support to keep this class offered during the spring and summer sessions. If you know of anyone that would like to begin, this is the best time to sign-up and start training before all the business of school returns in September. Monday nights from 7:30-9:00pm, in the Duddy Fitness Studio @ the St.Denis Center. Hope to see you registered and at class next week :)

The long summer wait is nearly over! Fall Taekwondo registration is now open. Take note that classes will now be held on Monday evenings instead of Tuesdays. The time and location remain the same, 7:30-9:00pm in the St.Denis lower level Duddy Fitness Room. The fall session will run from September 19th to November 28th. Hopefully everyone remembered to watch the Summer Olympic Taekwondo matches.

Summer Taekwondo session has begun! new and returning students can register at the St.Denis front desk or through the UWindsor Activenet website. No previous experience needed just come out and learn kicking techniques and self defense.

New session of Taekwondo starts this week! 7:30-9pm in the Duddy Fitness Room of the St.Denis at University of Windsor. Great for beginners and veterans alike. Be sure to register at the St.Denis front desk or through the Campus Rec website.

The Fall Taekwondo session begins next Tuesday September 22nd for 10 weeks with tomorrow being a free trial night. Classes are held in the Duddy Fitness Room in the St.Denis Center at 7:30pm-9pm. Hope to see you there!
