Wishing our CCFP-EM class of 2020 all the best in a very unique CCFP-EM exam this year. The exam will feature a written exam only this year with novel remote exam centres. General rules of an EM exam: *Read the question carefully... *Note carefully any vitals given *Read the entire case and all the questions stemming from that description *Take a moment to compose the answers *Keep the answers brief but decisive *Look at pictures, ECGs and X-rays with careful attention And above all get plenty of rest before the exam..... Good Luck

Like many things, COVID interrupted a small podcast we had started at our residency program to foster discussion of issues around the CCFP-EM residency. WESTERN CCFP-EM SOCIAL EVENT: MEET THE PROGRAM! The CCFP-EM program here at Western looks forward to welcoming potential applicants virtually on July 21, 2020. We will have both Program Directors in attendance, Dr. Munsif Bhimani and Dr. Jeet Mahngar, as well as other members of the selection committee and current CCFP-EM residents.... You will have an opportunity to ask any questions about the program, get to know some of the important CCFP-EM players and get a better sense of the culture and opportunities offered here.
