First off we would like to thank all of our members who have stuck with us and joined us over the last year. To say the last year has been a struggle is an understatement. We have all been tested in ways we never imagined. But despite all of this we are still here, which goes to show just how strong we have all become. For the first time ever we have 5 members who absolutely crushed it and came every single day in December, yes that means they came Christmas Day. Now more than ever physical activity is important and these members made sure to prioritize their health and wellness every single day. CLIENT PROGRESS ALERT!!! This is Jason, Jason’s been training most of his life but was looking for a change in his program.... He’s trained with weights mainly but never tried expanding on his body weight strength. The muscle up is one of the best compound exercises to boost relative strength (strength according to you weight) and Jason made it a mission to learn this skill. When we started he couldn’t even imagine doing the movement and now he’s doing sets of them! This is the result of the consistency and dedication he had over the last few months.

CLUB RULES - PLEASE REVIEW! A friendly reminder to all members of Valley East Snap Fitness to respect the rules put in place at the club! There is a ZERO tolerance policy with the rules listed below. Members in violation of any of the rules will have their memberships suspended. ... 1) Masks are required to be worn PRIOR TO & AFTER your workout while entering and exiting the facility. We encourage members to wear masks as much as possible, but understand the risks it presents with exercise. 2) Members MUST disinfect equipment BEFORE AND AFTER each use. Spray bottles, with a Health Canada approved disinfectant, have been set up in strategic areas around the club to allow for easy access for members 3) No outdoor footwear inside the club. 4) Social distancing of 6 feet is mandatory. Equipment has been spaced and floor markings have been placed to help members. 5) No super-setting, stay on one machine or in one area until finished. 6) Members MUST sanitize hands upon entering the club. Regular hand washing/hand sanitizing is encouraged 7) All members must scan their membership cards upon entering. Members from the same household must also swipe in individually. 8) If you experience any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19 some of which are, but not limited to: fever, new or worsening cough, and/or shortness of breath we ask that you refrain from entering the club. If you have recently traveled and are required to self isolate as per the government mandate we ask that you refrain from entering the club. 9) All other regular club rules as posted in-club are also in effect We are all in this together!
