Update..... we had a productive weekend setting up. There are more displays to come and lighting! Please park at the Community Hall and walk all the all the way to the farm stand! Please do not touch displays or go on the farm property. All displays are meant to be enjoyed from the path. If you have concern or see a display down please call Darcie 250-857-2256!... Happy Halloween! I will post again when we are finished! Lots to see so please walk it a few times!

If you enjoy pasta, this is a delicious way to enjoy fresh homemade pasta sauce. San Marzano tomatoes roasted with garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil the night before. Today I threw some onions in the pan with butter and sautéed for a few minutes. Added the roasted halfed tomatoes and garlic into the pan and mixed simply. Served over organic pasta and topped with a little olive oil and Parmesan cheese. So yum! ... We have San Marzano tomatoes at Home Hardware today in limited quantities! So delicious as a sauce
