COVID-19 Business Update We remain open for business, here to serve you! Our doors will remain locked so that we can manage the number of customers in the office at one time so that we can maintain the mandatory 2 meters(6 ft) distance.... We will continue to be open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday to serve you! We are able to help you in person, please come to the door and we will let you in when it is safe to do so OR you can contact the office directly to have an ICBC renewal done over the phone via email and then we can either mail you the decal and documents or you can pop by the office for curbside service. If you just need to make a payment for your home or business insurance this can easily be done by etransfer to [email protected] OR by credit card over the phone. Thank you for your continued support and patience as we navigate this time together!

COVID-19 OFFICE UPDATE - Until Further Notice We have decided that it is in the best interest of our staff and customers to alter our hours of business, therefore effective March 21, 2020 we will not be open Saturdays and our Monday to Friday hours will be 9am to 5pm. Currently, we will remain open for face to face transactions but will be limiting the number of customers in the office to 2 at a time. If you would like us to prepare your ICBC documents prior to you coming to the office or you would like to have your documents emailed to you please contact the office by phone (604-854-3458). As this is an evolving situation we will evaluate this on a regular basis. We are here to help, and thankful for your patronage and your understanding.

During this Covid-19 event we want you to know that we are here to help and are open for business as usual. In consideration of our staff and customers; we ask that customers who display any symptoms to contact us by phone or email to review policies, make payments and to process ICBC renewals. If you cannot visit the office or would prefer to not come into the office, we can make arrangements for either curbside pick up or delivery. We are taking steps to try and keep our office safe and healthy and want you to know that we value your patronage please let us know how we can be of assistance during this sensitive time.
