Militrivia is Valour Canada's military history page. We are currently working on a First World War documentary. The subject is the 19000 Canadian fallen in th...e First World War who have no known grave. Filming will take us to Halifax, Ottawa, Passchendaele, Ypres, Vimy, Lens, Cambrai and Beaumont Hamel. Stay tuned for posts of our journey over the next ten days. We would like to thank the Dept of Canadian Heritage for its commemoration grant. Wherever we go, when we tell people about the project, they want to get involved. The cooperation has been inspiring. Notably: the Soldiers and sailors standing guard at the National War Memorial, the Ottawa city police and the staff on Parliament Hill.
