Stretching is wonderful for your body and many of us just don't do it enough. Here are a few common areas that many of my clients suffer from daily. Remember to start slow, you don't need to be perfect when starting out only go until you feel the stretch comfortably and not painfully. The more you stretch the better you will become at the poses and you will see relief in time.
