Anxiety is a healthy emotion. Anxiety is our body’s natural response to stress and the truth is most of our fears never happen. The key is to focus on the here and now. Unchecked anxiety can greatly impact the quality of one’s life. But, how are we supposed to manage our emotions and navigate this chaotic time we are in?
"The key is to focus on what we can control and not worry about what we can’t control. When we focus on what we can do then the negative feelings will dissipate." Learning how to navigate and adapt to these stressful times can take its toll on anyone. There are things we can do, however, to shift our perspective and come out the other side stronger, calmer, and more in control.
