Years as a Cougar: 8 First thing he will tell you when you meet him: Lets go to the Roxy (in his earlier days anyway) Best known for: Being late. Worst tattoos at the club. Trying to vote for himself for Best n Fairest. Being a staunch Dockers fan. Lobbying Grillsy on playing full-forward in the 2nd half of blowouts. Due to COVID-19 concerns the Vancouver Cougars will not be training until further notice. We will miss our footy for sure, however it goes without saying that the health of our community here in BC is infinitely more important! Stay healthy and fit - we look forward to seeing you back for a kick soon when the situation improves!

Our very own Matt Haythornthwaite convinced Tom McDonald of the Melbourne Demons to model one of our caps today - he did not convince him to join the Cougars in 2020 however. Maybe we'll get him for a couple of games in another 20 years when we celebrate our 40th anniversary.... We wish Tom and the Demons all the best for the 2020 AFL season - if you want to chase a Premiership here in British Columbia come get involved with the Vancouver Cougars in our 20th anniversary season!
