Osu! With the new restrictions set in the most recent provincial health order, all classes have been suspended until at such time the local health authority has given approval to re-open. The order was placed on November 7, 2020 and is in effect until November 23, 2020.... Karate teaches us to be strong, flexible, patient, observant and to persevere. So please remain focused and do some self-training while we all try to get through this challenging time. Before you know it, we will be back in the dojo training together again. Osu! Sensei Anthony
