Today Cllr. Ila Melissa De Genova put forth a motion to study and consult with our community about the prospects of putting up Little Italy Welcome archways of sorts at the entrances of Little Italy on the Drive. Further to that, this motion calls for consultations about piloting a piazza-style public space in the city of Vancouver. Needless to say, we fully support any initiatives that spur Italian themed art installations in Little Italy so we can share our unique culture ...with the rest of Vancouver.
