Vancouver PartyWorks’ Response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) March 20th, 2020 At Vancouver PartyWorks, we pride ourselves on our customer service. We recognize that these are unsettling times and that schools are closed indefinitely as well as community gatherings. Currently, the health and well-being of our clients and staff are our top priority. With that in mind, I’d like to update you on our policies during this period.... Equipment Safety We are taking extra pre-cautionary measures to ensure your safety and minimize the risk to both customers and ourselves. We are ensuring our staff wash their hands before and after setup as well as wiping down any accessories used on our equipment. Our equipment is cleaned with disinfectant sprays. New Bookings We are currently still taking new bookings. During the COVID-19 restriction period, we are going to waive the deposit requirements and allow changes or cancellations at no charge up to 48 hours prior to your event for new bookings. As the situation continues to unfold, we will continually adapt our response and adjust our business practices as required.
