Vancouver Photowalks 14.11.2020

Did anyone catch the beautiful sunshine yesterday? I know I wasn’t the only one out there enjoying #englishbay ! I posted the after and before because I was demonstrating to a friend how well the in camera (#iphone11 ) editing is. So yes, I deliberately took a crooked image I’m also wondering if anyone would be interested in a meetup at the Vancouver Lookout near the end of November. They can host up to 50 people safely so I thought I’d see what interest levels were like! Feel free to comment or DM. Thanks!

Yay sunflowers! This bright, happy image was take by @k8e.gaetz one of our amazing photographers in Victoria, while at the Saanichton maze. She’d love to take you for a tour of the city and teach you some tips and tricks for improving your photography. Singles or small groups only, of course smartphones welcome! #staylocal #victoriaphotowalks #exploreyourcamera #destinationvictoria

It’s always worth going out of your way for the #reflection Look for still water, even a puddle will do, somewhere near your subject. Get low for the best angle! Speaking of the Fairmont Hotel Empress, did you know they have a resident dog? Winston the golden retriever/lab cross was rejected as a guide dog because he was too friendly #victoriaphotowalks #victoriaphotography #empresshotel

It’s no surprise that Vancouver and surrounding area is a Mecca of outdoor delights! In these times of social distancing, get out of the city and enjoy some of nature’s glory! #reflection curtesy of Whyte Lake, West Van. @suzannerushton #explorebc #hikingbc #summerinbc
