As you would expect there will be new protocols and these protocols have cause major industry wide changes. Due to COVID-19 we are limiting one guest per stylist to minimize the number of people in the salon at any given time. we are not accepting walk-ins at this time. we are committed to the best hygiene possible , as usual all guests have fresh capes, towels and linens during all visits. You can expect to see our staff cleaning frequently touched surfaces more often, including doorknobs, through out the studio as well as the tools we use to perform services. Employees and guest will wear protective facemask, please bring your own clean mask. if you are having a chemical service done you would need two mask. If the salon is at capacity, guest will receive a text when they can enter the premises, as you may be waiting in your car or outside on the seats provided. While Hand sanitizer is available in the studio for use at any given time, Guest will be expected to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds before they can be seated in their stylist chair. While hand sanitizers are helpful to avoid the spread of the virus, germs and other infectious diseases they take 10 mins to be effective and washing your hands with soap and water takes effect instantly. Washrooms have a lot of high touch surfaces, door handles, faucets. So fomite transfer risk in this environment can be high, please take extra caution. A disinfectant spray would be provided for after use. We cannot shake your hands or hugs. We are not permitted to offer any beverages at this time. you may bring your own if you wish. Please note that in implementing these Protocols we are not trying to be rude as it may seems We can all do our part to prevent the spread of illness in our community. We appreciate your cooperation to keep our staff and other customers safe.
