I really enjoyed taking time over the holidays to relax and reflect on the past year. It was a difficult year for so many and I know we’re all happy to put 2020 behind us. That said, I’m truly grateful for the support I received from family (as a new mom), friends (mostly via FaceTime) and my clients who put their trust in me during unpredictable times. I feel blessed to have a career where I have the freedom to create my own mom/work balance and I’m excited to see what 2021 brings.

Without ever meeting in person, I helped out-of-town clients find the right home with virtual showings and communicating in-depth via phone and email. It’s so fun to connect with people excited to move to the Okanagan and share what this beautiful valley has to offer!

Prices stay high and sales continue in the month of October. Need more evidence the market is still hot? days to sell is down and list/sale ratio is up. That means homes are selling faster and for more money. But there is one problem. Inventory is down significantly from last month and this time last year. If you’re thinking about selling your home, or if you just want to talk real estate, I’m always just a call, text, or email away.

It has been a busy time for my clients buying and selling! Searching for homes, making offers, negoitating, doing due diligence, and the worst part of all packing!!! I’m so grateful for the opportunity to be there for all of it and I’m excited for my clients new adventures.
