Just like you we are monitoring new developments regarding COVID-19... and following the latest recommendations. Remaining open to care for our patients in need of medical care is always our priority but we must now also turn our focus to preventing the spread of the virus in order to facilitate that. As our hospital is a public space, and a high traffic facility, we will be instituting some policies that will be in effect over the following weeks and they will be reviewed and updated as the situation evolves. We hope our valued clients can understand our position and desire to prevent the spread of the virus. To that end, please note the following: 1. If your pet is having a medical emergency or requires care, please call the office. We will determine the best coarse of action to ensure that your pet receives the care they need. PLEASE inform our staff if you are ill or at risk for COVID-19 so we can make appropriate plans to receive your pet. 2. With the recent school closures, we understand that children will be at home until April 5th. We request that you do not bring children to your appointment. As always, we rigorously follow infection prevention, control and associate best hygiene practices in our hospital. We have strict disinfecting protocols in place.
