Imagine A Deskphone that is intuitively functional and looks good on your desk, not taking up too much real-estate. The phone rings and you greet the caller, making note of the Caller ID Name, and watching as your computer screen automatically looks up the contact. You can see in the notes that this person has asked for a proposal and that the Account Rep at your company has asked for your help. You click on the attached proposal and speak with the caller with all of the tools at hand. You log the call as the conversation is completed and finish the proposal, sending it via email, scheduling a Webmeeting to present the proposal.
