Last year at this time we treated a small patch of European Common Reed, commonly referred to as Phragmites, for a homeowner in Dundas. As you can see in the se...cond picture, taken just a couple weeks ago, the Phragmites has been eradicated and the home owner has his pond back! Phragmites is a very aggressive and ecologically destructive plant. It has also been named North Americas most invasive plant!
