Hi! I found a pair of pretty mitts at the studio after Tuesday lunchtime class. Please message me if they are yours (though I think I know whose they are)!!!

Some people have asked about the classes in the new year... and yes, we will be offering them again! The email will go out to you in the new year for sign-up :)

I will be at the studio early to heat up the space, but please bring your warm and cozy clothes/blankets for Yin yoga class!

Yes! In case you were wondering.... Today's classes are now moved to Dec 21, Tuesday! Saturday and Sunday classes are still happening. See you soon!! And those of you who are taking off on holiday travel this week, safe trip and have a fabulous time!

For Sunday yogis: if you happen to read this post, please bring a cushion to sit on and possibly a warm blanket for tomorrow's Yin class!

For Saturday yogis: this week's Saturday class is moved to 3pm due to a schedule conflict. There will be no other time change in our 6-week series. See you at 3pm for a sweaty practice!!

Some of you who joined the 6-week series but not yet visited us in class - come and practice with us! We miss you!

Today is the last day for our early bird rate! If you are signing up for the 6-week series, please make sure to complete the transfer today. And those of you who came to the first day of class, thank you! It is so nice to be joined by so many great yogis!!!

Hi everyone! Today (November 1) is the last class of the 8-week series, and we will be taking a week off. Our 6-week series will start on Tuesday, November 10.
