Fellow Yogis Stay Home Keep safe !!! Getting bored. In stress or getting depression see attached 10 minute exercise will give you peace and relaxation .I am practicing for now. Everything in nature is made up of five basic elements: earth, water, fire, air, and space. Knowledge of the five elements allows the yogi to understand the laws of nature and to use yoga to attain greater health, power, knowledge, wisdom and happiness.... So if we have a desire to be happy, stay away from stress and depression we have to connect with mother nature. Today we are practicing one of the basic tatva (element) which is Air. We will do five very small exercises which is the source for relax and can be extended further. This Kriya is known as Pranayam 1. Om ucharan Vibrations in the body to wake up particles/cells of the body 2. Anulom Vilom-Breathe in Breath out (three exercises) Left Inhale Left Nostril, Exhale right Nostril 3. Kapaal Bhati 4. Holding breath 5. Brahamri https://youtu.be/tDndPsAs4TU

Stay Home Stay Safe.... No Hand Shake Only Namaste !! The coronavirus pandemic is confusing and frightening for hundreds of millions of people. That is not surprising. Many around the world are sick and many others have died. Unless the situation changes dramatically, many more will fall ill and die around the globe. This crisis raises serious medical, ethical and logistical questions. This is not to say there is no reason to be concerned, or that we should ignore the sound ...advice of medical professionals and public health experts. But panic and fear are not from God. Calm and hope are. And it is possible to respond to a crisis seriously and deliberately while maintaining an inner sense of calm and hope. *Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water *Maintain at least 1 meter (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing. *Make sure you, and the people around you, follow good respiratory hygiene. This means covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Then dispose of the used tissue immediately. *Stay home if you feel unwell. If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention and call in advance. Follow the directions of your local health authority. See more
