Good morning LOVELY people :) SOME JFYI TIPS MY #SAVOURY #VEGANBITES #TARTS can be #FROZEN up to 2 months if sealed /packaged properly!! As well , they should ALWAYS be reheated in a preheated OVEN, ideally at 375/400F for a few mins, and with NO PAN UNDERNEATH!! (just foil paper COMPLETELY enclosing the desired amount of tarts 2 be eaten )#BONAPPETIT!& #VEGANPOWER ***P.S: I don't own/believe in a microwave, but probably an average of 30 secs should do the trick if you must*** - *averages* of 150 #cals per #TART, 4 grms #fat,8 grms #protein, and 20 grms #carbs :))
