Alright friends! We are well underway for tomorrows night market! We'll have edible flowers, basil, thyme, sage, gorgeous fennel bulbs, mulberries and Shiso green perilla (Japanese basil) to name a few. And of course, we haven't forgotten to bring the microgreens! Meet our volunteers! We've had these little guys about five weeks now. We got them as day olds and they are going to be helping us out in the gardens. They're going to work to fertilize new plots for next year, keep a handle on bugs for our current crops and provide our family with fresh eggs. Who could complain? Gustav the duck sure isn't!
