Hello to our beloved chiropractic patients! We are so excited to have you back in our office. Now that we have had some time to work out some of the kinks, we have had to add a new policy. We would like to inform you all that given the new COVID-19 protocols in our office, that we are required to make some changes. We have found it necessary to introduce a cancellation policy.... As a result of the new COVID-19 protocols, available appointment times are reduced and we have a high volume of patients requiring care. This combination has resulted in us having to turn patients away or postpone their care. With these new restrictions and limited appointment times we are unable to be flexible with shuffling patients to "squeeze someone in" like we used to. While we do understand that life happens and some events are unavoidable or unplanned we do need to hold our patients accountable for their appointment bookings and therefore are introducing a new policy. Please call us as soon as you know that you are cancelling or going to be late. We will try our best to find a spot for you but these government restrictions do not allow our office to be flexible like we used to be and even a couple minutes late will be subject to rescheduling as our waiting area is now closed. We appreciate your understanding and support as we navigate our way through these difficult times. All of our efforts are in the best interest of our patients and staff health and safety. As of July 6th 2020 our office will require 24 hours notice for a no fee cancellation/rebooking. Any cancellation within 24 hours, or missing/late for an appointment will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation/missed appointment fee.

We would like to assure our patients that we are using the most up to date and proven ways to prevent the spreading of germs. We are temporarily waiving any cancellation fees at our office and encourage you to reschedule your appointment if you or someone you have been exposed to is not feeling well. We plan to continue to provide treatment for our patients on a day by day basis in the safest manner possible. Thank you for your patience and support as we navigate through this... difficult time.
