Hope. The power of believing things/circumstances can be different starts with believing you are worthy. Strength starts from within. When you start believing you deserve something different, you will manifest that reality and stop accepting your status quo.

Love this perspective. I look at these types of thoughts like clouds. They will eventually pass. Watch as they float away... or picture the STOP sign. We all have negative thoughts every now and then but the key is to not get stuck in them for too long.

Been seeing more and more teens/young adults struggling through anxiety. Some have grown very adept at masking it and functioning outwardly very well, but others are seen as displaying challenging behaviour.
