2020 has certainly been a year we didn’t expect. One year ago we reflected on 2019 and looked with optimism to 2020. Today I reflect on 2020 and look back with immense gratitude. On a personal level, this was the year where most, if not all, our goals, plans, and expectations changed in a blink of an eye. But, We adapted, adjusted, and evolved. This year has taught us that we can be resilient, that we can adapt, and that we can keep moving despite the ...obstacles. 2020 has allowed us to appreciate our time, our family, our health, our neighbours, our communities. 2020 has allowed us to see that kindness and love are very much alive all around us! On a business level, 2020 has given us the opportunity to go back to our drawing boards and adjust our business practices. We discovered new ways, changed the old ways, or invented new ways.
