It's been awhile since I've posted anything here... I just wanted everyone to know that we are still around, just have been busy with life. We have mild and medium sauce in stock if anyone is interested...just let me know :) I will try to get back on here more often

Arrabbiata sauce in Italian means ANGRY. Vero Salse means TRUE SAUCES in Italian. That is the reason that we have selected the name for the line of pasta sauces that we have on the market today. We believe that the sauces created are true (although maybe with a twist) and now have a regular spicy, mild and soon to come a salsa due to popular demand. Vero Salse brand of pasta sauces started as my husbands experiments in the kitchen. He had tasted a pasta sauce years ag...o but neither one of us could find anything that compared to that flavour. It was very frustrating so my husband went to work. Years later, after countless culinary experiments our family being the test subjects and food criticsa beautiful, bold sweet arrabbiata pasta sauce was developed. There are so many uses for this sauce, I can only post pictures of the many dishes that I use the sauce in. It makes a great pizza sauce, dipping sauce, anything with chicken (cacciatore, parmesan) lasagna, stuffed shells, cabbage rolls, cannelloni, stuffed peppers and the list goes on. It of course goes well with pasta and meatballs. Any dish that calls for regular pasta sauce, ours can be substituted. It gives the bold zing and flavour profile that I’m looking for. Thanks to my husband for creating this flavour and the kids for making it through his culinary journey (although sometimes not so successful, we sometimes drank A LOT of water!) See more

It has been a different type of Christmas season this year with one of us off with injuries and the other one also home for the same but different reasons but we managed to make a few contacts as well as make more sauce!
