While we can't get back to regular classes yet, we can meet outdoors for classes! Starting next week we will be running 3 outdoor classes per week in addition to our online classes. Classes will be held in Optimist Memorial Park at the pavilion. We have established a regular schedule of weekly online classes now and planned the easiest way to get everyone into them! $35 +hst per month for unlimited online classes! ($5 off first month if you register before Wednesday April 15th midnight) ... Schedule: Monday 7pm all levels Pole Tuesday 7pm Barre Wednesday 7pm Pilates Thursday 730pm Stretch Tuesday 12pm Cardio alternating Wednesday 12pm Legs and abs Saturday 1pm Pilates Sunday 11am Latin cardio *some special Friday night classes will pop up as well! All registrations will be done through Mindbody like before! From there, you will receive a link to the video. We will be using Youtube live for most classes, and zoom for some special classes so we can interact.
