New case out of Ontario that decides that it is in the best interest of the child to attend school, notwithstanding our current health pandemic. In reaching this decision the Justice took into account the following: a) household medical vulnerabilities, and b) interactions of both parents with the community (thus increasing chance of getting Covid - not from school). The Judge also referenced that the Ontario government had shown a willingness to shut down schools in March 2020, and have been open about doing so again if required.
